At Kozebiu Oasis, every product is a sacred transmission crafted with intention, care, and energetic precision. Because our offerings are ceremonial, custom-formulated, and often made-to-order, we uphold a clear and respectful refund policy to protect both the integrity of our creations and the trust of our community.

1. All Sales Are Final

Due to the nature of our products including Kozemeds body fluids, herbal blends, scrolls, and ceremonial tools all sales are considered final. We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges once an order has been placed and shipped.

2. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number, photos of the item(s), and a brief description of the issue. We will assess the situation and offer a resolution aligned with our ceremonial standards this may include a replacement or partial credit.

3. Shipping Issues

Kozebiu Oasis is not responsible for delays, loss, or damage caused by shipping carriers. However, we will support you in filing claims or navigating resolution steps if needed. Please ensure your shipping address is accurate at checkout.

4. Custom and Seasonal Items

Custom scrolls, ceremonial kits, and seasonal products are created in limited batches and cannot be refunded or exchanged. These items are infused with planetary timing and lineage codes, and are not eligible for return.
